The best way to travel within Perlis is by Car/Van or Motorcycle, which can be rented at a very low price. However, the homestay usually provides transportation, just let them know earlier.

However, it is better to get travel insurance ahead.
Travelling in a group is always fun, but parties with alcohol in the homestay is big no.
it is better to get travel agency to arrange the trip for groups, as most of the attraction can get a lot discounts.
Most attractions in Perlis has the kids facilities, so need not worry.
